Lil' Buster Muscle Scraper
Muscle tightness? Limited ROM? Overworked muscles? The “Lil’ Buster” can help you with that. Designed for self myofascial release therapy or SMRT, you can use this device on yourself and scrape away the “knots” in your overworked muscles. Our Lil’ Buster comes complimentary with a Bully Stick muscle balm. The scraping method stimulates the nervous system by eliciting a calming effect which improves circulation of blood and increases the range of motion in muscles and joints. Muscle/ skin scraping should be done between 45 seconds and 120 seconds at each site.
Muscle and skin scraping techniques date back millennia in ancient China. Modernized in the West, by initiating the early stages of inflammation and Neutrophil (white blood cell) production which in turn sets the stage of tissue repair.
